A house portrait for a real estate agent whose client was selling their beloved house.

 

 

The Jenkins conservation land in Acton was a source of inspiration for these two 5x7 color sketches.  The clouds were done with colored ink wash.  The railroad tracks through a pine forest, below, was made with watercolor paints over pencil.

 

A real estate agent commissioned this 9x12 of her client's house, to give as a keepsake to remember the house with, after the house had been sold.
